I am a Health Informatics, Public Health, and Data Science specialist with over 10 years of experience in healthcare delivery, research, and program management. I have led field research, developed data-driven models for non-communicable diseases, implemented electronic data collection, and produced policy recommendations informed by epidemiology, spatial analysis, and predictive modeling.

My technical strengths include machine learning (Python, R), GIS-based health mapping (QGIS, SaTScan), health information systems (DHIS2, OpenMRS, OpenIMIS), and statistical/predictive modeling such as SARIMA and CNNAR hybrid approaches.
