What I'm looking for

I'm seeking roles where I can lead health informatics and telehealth projects, apply EMR and data skills, train clinical teams, and drive healthcare quality improvements in collaborative, growth-oriented organizations.

I am a health informatics professional with a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management focused on improving clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

At DCODE Technology I am leading a well-implemented FIND project (Hospital Acquired Infection Surveillance) and am engaged in a teleconsultation pilot across district hospitals of Nepal.

I manage MySQL Server and software setup, implement EMR systems, and train health professionals on software usage while supporting implementation of new healthcare protocols, including current Health Insurance policy work.

My earlier clinical internships involved producing reports for outpatient, medical records, procurement and administrative departments, accurate patient data entry, and coordinating routine clinical and administrative functions.

I hold certifications such as a Global E-course on Mental Health and Microsoft Excel training, have organized healthcare seminars and outreach camps, and I am currently learning digital marketing to expand outreach and communication capabilities.
