I’m looking for an entry-level IT opportunity where I can support users, troubleshoot systems, and learn through hands-on experience. I want a practical environment that values communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented IT undergraduate with foundational knowledge in information technology, system troubleshooting, and digital tools. I build confidence quickly in new technologies and enjoy working in fast-paced, hands-on environments.

Recently, I served as an IT Trainee at Ruwee Art Advertisement Acancy, strengthening my ability in technical support, system troubleshooting, and reliability under pressure. I’m comfortable supporting IT operations basics, including software installation and system configuration.
