I am a motivated and detail-oriented ICT diploma student with a solid foundation in computer hardware, networking, and software systems. My experience includes providing IT support and troubleshooting through academic projects and hands-on training. I am eager to apply my technical skills in a real-world ICT environment and contribute to a dynamic organization.

During my time as an ICTT Trainee at Ashraf Memorial Hospital, I provided technical support to hospital staff, assisting with hardware, software, and peripheral issues. I also monitored and troubleshot network issues related to Wi-Fi, LAN, and internal hospital systems, which enhanced my communication and teamwork skills in a healthcare environment.

Currently, I am working at the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka, where I manage internal databases and ensure the functionality of the commission's website. I contribute to the preparation and organization of case files and reports, and I have updated and maintained the commission's digital communication platforms. I am committed to developing professionally in the ICT field while contributing positively to my workplace.
