I'm seeking a challenging position in a growth-oriented organization where I can use my professional expertise and organizational skills to contribute to operational excellence and organizational success while continuing to enhance my capabilities.

At MAX Healthcare, I worked as a Hospital Operations & Service Excellence Executive, supporting floor management, HIS operations, digital patient experience platforms, and NABH compliance.

At NH MMI Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, I held operations roles across oncology, facilities, cardiac OPD, and inpatient services. As Facility Incharge, I managed operations involving staff across Housekeeping, Laundry, and Food & Beverage.

As CSR Manager, I worked with The Hans Foundation on the Little Hearts Program and helped reach a target of 300+ free-of-cost pediatric cardiac surgeries. I coordinated with the foundation on funding and oversaw CSR areas.

I began my professional journey as a Teacher & Counselor at Bachpan - a play school, and later worked as a Back Office Executive at Rawmate Solutions - Tatva Group, maintaining beneficiary and stock data.
