I’m a results-driven professional with experience in credit analysis, client relationship management, and business development across B2B and B2C markets. In my current role, I assess loan applicants by analyzing financial statements, credit history, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness and make clear recommendations.

I create comprehensive credit reports and oversee existing credit relationships by monitoring payment patterns and identifying potential risks early. I stay aligned with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines, and I’ve guided junior credit analysts through training and knowledge sharing. I also handle client communication via phone and email, building trust, identifying needs, and negotiating terms effectively.

Earlier, I supported day-to-day operations and customer service while conducting sales and marketing campaigns and following up on accounts in arrears. I also worked as a brand ambassador, strengthening credibility through customer education and product promotion. I’m now focused on remote roles in sales development, marketing, and customer support, using strong communication, data analysis, and revenue growth strategies to engage clients and drive conversions in digital environments.
