What I'm looking for
I'm an HR and Operations professional based in Kathmandu, Nepal, with 3+ years of experience spanning recruitment, compliance administration, and remote international operations.
Currently, I work remotely as an Administration Officer for Trident Financial Group, an Australian financial services company. My work involves ASIC regulatory compliance — company registrations, annual reviews, deregistrations, and business name renewals — along with managing digital records, coordinating operational workflows, and working directly with international stakeholders. I use Xero Practice Manager, Now Infinity, Ignition, and SuiteFiles daily.
Before this, I spent time in HR — managing end-to-end recruitment across 20+ branch offices at Manavsewa Ashram, and doing candidate screening, interviewing, and HRMS management at SliceJob. I also have experience in general admin and operations from E.G Investment Company, and banking exposure from an internship at Bank of Kathmandu.
I hold an MBA affiliated with Lincoln University College, Malaysia, and a BBA from Tribhuvan University. I'm fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi.
I'm looking for a remote operations, administration, or HR coordination role with a reputable international company where I can take real ownership, grow steadily, and contribute long-term. I'm open to any industry and any time zone.
