I’m an IT professional with 4 years of experience at Infosys Limited, where I’ve focused on secure, reliable endpoint and server operations. I started as a Systems Engineer Trainee, working on RESTful APIs and Microsoft Power Platform basics, then transitioned into enterprise Systems Engineering and automation-driven IT management.

In my System Engineer role, I supported a US-based client by managing enterprise endpoint environments, ensuring system compliance and smooth software deployment. I created and deployed application packages and supported large-scale endpoint operations with centralized management using Microsoft SCCM, and later expanded into PowerShell-driven packaging and controlled production rollouts.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, I administer SCCM and Tanium agents, manage workstation patching and application deployments via the Tanium console, and generate compliance reports and dashboards. I also remediate vulnerabilities within defined SLAs and maintain ServiceNow (SNOW) dashboards for executive reporting—while staying proactive about operational health checks, accurate reporting, and timely patch cycles.
