I am an IT professional with three years' experience as a System Engineer focused on Microsoft 365, Intune device management and SCCM deployments. I solve user issues, support large enterprise environments and streamline operations through automation.

At Tata Consultancy Services supporting a major airline client, I managed Intune configuration profiles, device compliance, Autopilot and Win32 application packaging and deployment via Intune and SCCM. I also administered Exchange Online, hybrid connectors, mail flow and O365 Compliance features including eDiscovery and DLP.

I build PowerShell and Graph API scripts to automate Intune reports, policy assignments, device inventory exports and cleanup tasks, and I perform SCCM OS deployments, patching and distribution point management. I regularly resolve escalated incidents through ServiceNow, conduct root cause analysis and document solutions.

I hold Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102) and am seeking roles where I can contribute to cloud transformation and endpoint security projects while continuing to grow my expertise in Microsoft cloud and security technologies.
