What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own metric definitions end-to-end, write reliable SQL and Python, and build Power BI reporting that stays accurate with warehouse and API syncs—supporting teams with clear, actionable analysis.

At MyAdvice, I partnered with Customer Success, Support, and leadership to define metrics like retention, churn waterfalls, unit economics, and NPS—then aligned metric definitions so reporting matched reality across source systems and the warehouse.

I authored and maintained analytical SQL in the data warehouse, supported SPICE refresh workflows for self-serve reporting, and helped keep datasets current with scheduled jobs/cron and API sync pipelines.

I also drove Support SLA adherence by mapping Zendesk concepts to measurable fields, documenting assumptions and API constraints (pagination, rate limits, field availability), and coordinating implementation with engineering.

Before that, I worked across AWS Athena, Python, Power BI, Excel, and Zendesk at CAFU, WebFurther India Pvt Ltd, and Wipro—building dashboards, running analysis, and supporting operational decisions with repeatable reporting.
