At KOUZON CORPORATION, I coordinate cruise recruitment and onboarding, handling approximately 30–50 crew members monthly. I conduct 5–9 applicant interviews weekly and follow candidates through the recruitment process.
I monitor visa, medical and travel documentation and maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using JazzHR, MAPS / Crew Portal, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Excel.
Previously, at MSC MEDITERRANEAN SHIPPING COMPANY, I supported retail operations as a Retail Assistant Manager / Inventory Controller and supervised more than 10 employees. I also coordinated inventory activities and supported team training.
