I am a customer-focused retail and hospitality professional with hands-on experience as a cashier at Zara and as a waiter and club manager in Prilep. I bring practical commercial awareness, strong customer service, and proven multitasking under busy conditions.

At Zara I work as a cashier progressing toward a commercial role, applying accurate cash handling, inventory control and order processing to support store operations. Previously, I managed club operations and scheduled staff while delivering service in a high-volume café environment.

I lead small teams, resolve customer issues, and contribute to sales strategy and client relations. I seek opportunities to grow into commercial or supervisory retail roles where I can apply my operational skills and develop further in sales and management.
