At Levi’s Market Mall in Calgary, I grew the business from a medium-volume store into a high-volume destination, with a thriving leadership team and a high-performing Tailor Shop.
I achieved the highest traffic conversion for a Levi’s store in Canada for FY 2025, with conversion up 18% year over year. In my first 12 months, sales increased 40% over the previous year through team investment, revised training, and sales models.
At Gap and Levi’s Chinook, I led retail teams across customer-facing departments, supported hiring and onboarding, and contributed to sales and loyalty growth.
