What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead reliable ICT operations in multi-site environments—owning network and server administration, ERP administration, uptime, vendor coordination, and user training—so teams get fast support and consistent, secure service delivery.

I’m a Senior ICT Officer focused on keeping multi-site operations reliable and secure. I manage networks, servers, enterprise systems, and day-to-day user support while driving uptime, fast issue resolution, and consistent processes.

In my current role at Session Blue Contractors Ltd, I designed and maintained corporate network infrastructure and administered Windows Server and Active Directory, managing user access, group policies, permissions, and system integrity. I also serve as the in-house ERPNext administrator—resolving complex issues, managing user roles, customizing workflows to match construction operations, and delivering ERP training for 60+ users.

I bring hands-on delivery experience across ICT projects and vendor coordination, from scoping and budgeting through deployment and post-implementation support, including SLA monitoring. I’ve also led security and surveillance planning (CCTV installations and remote access monitoring), managed IT procurement and the IT asset lifecycle, and performed systems auditing and troubleshooting across HR/payroll and related platforms.
