What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role where I can lead program strategy, strengthen workforce pipelines, manage federal grants, engage stakeholders, and advance equitable services for vulnerable populations.

I am a public health leader with 16 years of experience directing statewide early intervention and human services programs, with a Doctor of Public Health specialized in epidemiology. I lead multidisciplinary teams, manage large federal grants and oversee complex program operations across urban and rural regions.

My work includes oversight of budgets, IT and fiscal units, legislative liaison duties, and facilities relocations for large-scale initiatives. I have successfully led workforce development programs that substantially reduced vacancy rates and produced measurable cost savings for participants and the state.

I provide technical assistance and stakeholder engagement at national and state levels, serving on national boards and presenting at conferences. I design and implement compliance monitoring, data-driven improvement plans and federal reporting systems to ensure program effectiveness and accountability.
