What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support full-cycle, senior, specialized, IT, and non-IT recruitment in fast-paced or remote environments, partnering closely with clients and hiring managers while building strong talent pipelines and candidate experiences.

I've founded Skyline Recruiting in Dubai, where I manage full-cycle talent acquisition from intake and direct sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate communication.

Across Clearstone Recruiting, Allectio Consulting, Linke & Crew, and Adecco, I've recruited senior, specialized, IT security, technical, logistics, healthcare, security, and skilled-trades talent. On a high-volume Amazon project, I averaged 35 successful hires per week and conducted 150–250 candidate screening interviews per week.

I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach to engage active and passive candidates while building organized ATS/CRM pipelines and strong client partnerships.
