What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead mission-driven, grant-funded programs that expand access to education, employment, behavioral health, and economic mobility through strategic operations, partnerships, and measurable participant outcomes.

At San Diego Workforce Partnership, I lead strategy, operations, and implementation for four behavioral health workforce development programs, including two built from the ground up. My work supports 500+ individuals, including justice-involved participants and people with lived experience of mental health and substance use recovery.

I translate grant requirements, program data, and cross-functional insights into measurable outcomes. I manage publicly funded initiatives, performance systems, partnerships, 50+ career development workshops, and 20+ workforce events that strengthen pathways to meaningful employment.

Previously, at ARC After School & Experiential Education, I launched and scaled multiple program sites, supervised 15+ staff across 4+ teams, managed district contracts and budgets, and supported experiential education serving youth across San Diego County.

My background also includes coordinating multidisciplinary care at Pain Care of San Diego, where workflow improvements contributed to a 25% increase in attendance and a 30% improvement in participant success outcomes. I bring a client-centered, bilingual English-Spanish approach to expanding access to education, employment, and economic mobility.
