I seek a role where I can lead strategic partnerships and operations for workforce or community programs, drive measurable outcomes, mentor teams, and advance equitable access through data-informed initiatives.

I am a strategic, people-focused partnerships and operations leader with a background in health and policy and hands-on experience in workforce innovation, community strategy, and cross-sector collaboration. I translate complex goals into actionable programs that drive measurable impact.

At the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce I lead education, health, and workforce programs, managing end-to-end delivery of 10+ annual initiatives, building partnerships with 30+ universities and organizations, and scaling signature events that connected 300+ students with 40+ employers.

I also bring experience in data-informed decision making, process design, CRM systems, and mentoring interns — improving productivity through structured onboarding and aligning program outcomes with organizational goals to expand access, equity, and member ROI.
