Lead a multidisciplinary informatics team to optimize eClinicalWorks systems, improve EMR workflows, and ensure AAAHC, MIPS, and HRSA-UDS compliance, driving value-based care performance and reporting accuracy.

Designed and launched billing and insurance rule engines and patient-facing interfaces in eClinicalWorks, improved billing accuracy and EMR documentation, and led reporting and analytics initiatives using ECW Report Writer and COGNOS.

Led PCMH certification and AAAHC accreditation preparation to achieve Level 3 PCMH recognition, implemented ECW immunization interfaces, and developed templates and training to improve clinical quality and reporting.

Managed eClinicalWorks implementation and customization to meet AAAHC and Meaningful Use requirements, led quality improvement and security protocols, and produced role-based guides and compliance reports.

Completed a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Clinical Informatics, emphasizing health IT and clinical data analysis.

Completed the RHIO HIT Data Analytics / HITECH certificate program focused on health information technology and data analytics.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology with coursework relevant to behavioral health and forensic assessment.
