I'm looking to lead or advise on healthcare analytics, clinical informatics, risk adjustment, and value-based care initiatives where I can turn payer-provider data into scalable workflows, decision support, and measurable performance improvement.

I've led healthcare analytics for One Community Health and Mercy Medical Group/CommonSpirit Health, turning EHR, claims, eligibility, quality, utilization, pharmacy, and financial data into governed reporting and population-health capabilities.

At Mercy Medical Group, I supported more than 400 physicians with RAF/HCC, CMS Stars, quality, utilization, cost, productivity, and provider-performance analytics. I developed a high-risk readmission model integrating EHR, claims, and SDOH data; targeted interventions were associated with approximately 15% lower readmissions within six months.

At One Community Health, I built and led the enterprise analytics function, establishing KPI definitions, data dictionaries, validation standards, ownership, and reporting governance. I translate payer, regulatory, clinical, and frontline needs into scalable dashboards, outreach lists, workflows, and decision-support tools.

As a physician-trained informatics leader and consultant, I bridge clinical, operational, technical, and business perspectives to improve risk adjustment, quality, interoperability, and value-based care decisions.
