What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a counseling or behavioral-support role where I can help students and clients with autism and mental health needs using applied behavior analysis, documentation review, and strong communication in a safe, supportive environment.

I’m a School Counselor with hands-on experience supporting students through behavioral health and mental health counseling, including work as an Autism Behavior Support Specialist. I bring strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a steady focus on discharge planning and safe, organized support.

Alongside my counseling work, I’ve managed day-to-day operations in fast-paced customer-facing roles, building leadership and customer service skills. I use applied behavior analysis, documentation review, and training & development habits to help people thrive—whether in school settings or client support environments.
