Caitlynn Jean

I bring hands-on experience in student support and caregiving, grounded in my Social Work education and my day-to-day work helping people feel safe, heard, and supported. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can combine coaching with practical, real-world care.

In my Student Success Coach work, I run social-emotional learning groups and provide one-on-one peer support. I also handle 504 coordination and fidelity checks, support behavioral management, and contribute to crisis evaluation and risk assessment.

Alongside this, I’ve worked in direct guest support where I assisted with passing medication, bathing, feeding, and wound care. I approach these responsibilities with calm follow-through and a strong focus on dignity and wellbeing.

My background also includes sales leadership and customer service, which strengthened my organization, communication, and reliability. I continue to mentor and support autistic kids through peer mentoring, bringing patience and individualized support into everything I do.
