At my current role I configure and maintain Epic Resolute Hospital Billing build—managing edit routing, billing indicators, stop bills, owning areas, and payer-specific logic to ensure correct claim generation and downstream processing.

I troubleshoot complex revenue cycle issues by tracing logic through claim edit rules, extensions, and routing configurations to resolve misrouted edits, incorrect work queues, and inappropriate bill holds. I also perform end-to-end claims testing and validation, and investigate remittance issues including ERA responses and CARCs/RARCs to identify configuration gaps.

I partner with operations and payer teams to translate revenue integrity requests into Epic build, validation, and testing, while maintaining SLA compliance and balancing ticket queues with project work. I bring strong documentation, analytical thinking, and a track record of uncovering root causes behind unclear or misdirected requests.
