Stephanie Allison

I’m an elementary educator with a strong focus on literacy instruction, driven by a belief that students learn best through engaging, student-centered lessons. I create inclusive classroom experiences that support a love of reading and writing while meeting diverse learning needs.

In my recent role as a Kindergarten teacher, I designed and implemented differentiated instruction within a collaborative general and special education setting. I also served as a model classroom for professional development, demonstrating effective strategies and best practices in the Science of Reading to strengthen teacher growth and student literacy outcomes.

I thrive working with colleagues through PLCs to analyze data, monitor progress, and provide individualized interventions. I’ve mentored beginning teachers by supporting classroom management, lesson planning, and instructional strategies to improve professional practice and student success.

Beyond instruction, I produced instructional videos for parents to model literacy homework strategies—building stronger family engagement and improving outcomes. Earlier experience includes paraprofessional work and classroom instruction across grades, including virtual settings and Kagan Cooperative Learning training for English Language Learners.
