Regularly planned and reviewed data with other 2nd grade teachers and administration to provide the best environment for academic and social/emotional growth. Leader of the PBIS and Culture and Climate committees and member of the WISD Elementary Literacy Committee.

Collaborated with team and administration regularly, navigated successful classroom management, and developed emergent learners in a Title I school going through school improvement. Taught both virtual and in-person for over a semester.

Planned lessons and led instruction for multiple class periods of 5th grade science.

Assisted teachers in infant – Pre-K classes in the afternoons and gave breaks hourly.

Created and taught a one-week and a two-week unit.
