I’m a results-driven management consultant with 25+ years delivering enterprise implementations, project management, operational excellence, compliance, organizational development, workforce solutions, and global mobility programs. I partner with executives and cross-functional teams to improve business processes, implement technology solutions, manage complex projects, and lead organizational change.

I’m passionate about Artificial Intelligence and focused on its practical application to business. I actively research, evaluate, and apply AI tools—including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini—to improve project delivery, business analysis, documentation, workflow automation, and decision-making.

In my recent work, I’ve led enterprise implementations from discovery through operational transition, managing scope, governance, compliance, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation. Since 2015, I’ve also provided independent consulting across organizational development, process improvement, compliance, project planning, and change management—developing SOPs, training programs, governance documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
