I'm currently leading small-scale projects at AMA Consulting, coordinating cross-functional teams from initiation through closure. I keep delivery aligned with timelines, scope, KPIs, and stakeholder expectations.

I facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while tracking progress in Jira, Trello, and Mirro. I also prepare status reports, roadmaps, client deliverables, and risk-mitigation plans.

Before becoming a Project Manager, I supported AMA Consulting as a Project Management Intern, gaining hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. I worked closely with team members and stakeholders to track tasks, clarify requirements, and identify project risks.

My earlier work as a Program Coordinator at the American University of Armenia included creating operational protocols, maintaining course procedures, organizing webinars, managing registration data, and building partner relationships. I bring a detail-oriented, collaborative approach shaped by project coordination, operations, and client communication.
