I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end learning and program delivery, partner with stakeholders using KPI insights, and drive measurable process improvements—while leading teams toward consistent, high-quality execution.

I’m a Learning & Development and program delivery professional with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, delivering training and operational projects, and improving organizational processes across education and corporate environments. I’m strongest at managing end-to-end program delivery, translating business needs into structured initiatives, and ensuring timely execution with measurable impact.

Most recently, I led end-to-end training programs as a Learning and Development Manager, designing and delivering 10+ internal programs and building training documentation and knowledge systems (15+ materials) to improve onboarding efficiency. Previously, I managed a team of 20+ coaches as a Coaches Team Manager, leading recruitment and onboarding for 30+ hires, and creating performance management frameworks to increase accountability and consistency.

Across my roles, I’ve focused on stakeholder communication, KPI tracking, and process optimization—preparing progress reports with actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
