Stefan Starkovski

I'm currently coordinating resources, learning materials and training events for Living Knowledge Network (Firesticks), working largely with Indigenous communities. I build resource hubs, agreement registers and guidance materials that support Aboriginal groups towards organisational independence.

At the NSW Environment Protection Authority, I coordinated delivery, budgets, progress and impacts across the Cool Compost, Love Food Hate Waste and Contaminants Management programs. I developed an evaluation tool and impact report for the Organics Partnerships Program and reworked the Love Food Hate Waste communications strategy.

My legal background includes drafting legal advice, formal briefs and policy proposals on compliance and regulatory matters, alongside earlier paralegal work reviewing contracts and preparing documents for a boutique law firm.

I've also created learning content for students and produced factsheets, videos, reports and guides for public-facing programs. I'm motivated by environmental advocacy, regenerative agriculture, sustainable living, law, justice and policy.
