At EFL Global, I lead WMS applications across LATAM, serving as the regional subject-matter expert for Silver Bullet and CargoWise while supporting U.S. and global deployments.

I've delivered end-to-end WMS implementations, including a fully remote deployment in Indonesia that achieved the organization's fastest go-live timeline. I created a structured implementation framework with standardized configurations and reusable approaches that accelerate rollouts.

I build internal WMS capability by training LATAM and U.S. teams, reducing vendor dependency, support costs, and incident rates. I also serve as the final escalation point across Operations, Global IT, and external vendors while coordinating WMS, integration, and SQL/reporting resources.

Previously, I stabilized and deployed SAP ERP, automated warehouse and export documentation, introduced barcode-based warehouse control, and led 3PL, import/export, and IT operations in El Salvador.
