I’m looking to lead large-scale infrastructure/technology programs where I can own governance, KPIs, budgets, and timelines—partnering with vendors and stakeholders to deliver on-time while continuously improving operations with Agile and Lean Six Sigma.

I’m a Program Manager and Project Management professional with 15+ years leading high-performing teams in operations, service delivery, and large-scale technical project environments. I’ve managed multi-client portfolios generating over $5M annually and led cross-functional teams of up to 20 professionals.

I oversee infrastructure and technology deployments—including low-voltage, electrical, and networking installations—for new commercial builds and retail store remodels across multi-site projects in the U.S. and Canada. I bring strong vendor management, permitting coordination, inspections, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication to ensure delivery success.

I specialize in project governance, process optimization, KPI performance management, and operational efficiency, applying Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles to improve delivery performance and outcomes.
