What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead consumer insights, behavioral analytics, or panel strategy work where I can turn research data into clear recommendations for product, marketing, and client decisions.

At YouGov, I translate panel behavioral data into engagement and retention strategies across multiple regions, helping shape consumer insight deliverables for client research programs. I lead recruitment, retention, demographic optimization, and lifecycle campaigns to support representative, reliable panel data.

I've expanded behavioral research capabilities by partnering with software vendors on passive metering and tracking integrations. Using SQL, scripting, and visualization, I turn large behavioral and survey datasets into decision-ready reports and present panel health KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.

Previously at Ipsos Interactive Services, I owned qualitative and quantitative research programs, led online community research, and managed global account operations. My earlier work also includes subscription analytics and A/B testing at Temenos, plus marketing and sales leadership informed by customer and market feedback.
