What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in curriculum development, program coordination, assessment, educator mentoring, and instructional systems to support strong educational outcomes.

I've spent 18 years building early childhood curriculum, assessment, and program systems that help educators and learners succeed.

At Brookfield Christian, I coordinate 5K curriculum, instruction, assessment, scheduling, and classroom systems. I develop standards-aligned materials, use assessment data to guide instruction, and mentor new educators.

Previously, I developed 3K curriculum and a program-wide pacing guide at Brookfield Christian, supporting consistent timelines, staff training, and implementation. At St. Jude the Apostle, I coordinated instruction across 3K, 4K, and 5K programs while adapting materials and schedules to program needs.

I'm motivated by practical systems, collaborative problem solving, and instructional resources that make a meaningful difference for students, families, and teaching teams.
