What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my experience in special education, student-data analysis, evidence-based interventions, and instructional design to evaluate and improve AI-powered educational tools.

I've designed individualized learning plans as a private educator and led staff and volunteer training as Leadership Development Manager at Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, maintaining 90%+ staff retention while improving training through participant feedback.

Across Pinellas and Marion County Public Schools, I've developed IEPs, conducted FBAs, implemented BIPs, coached educators, and used academic, behavioral, and attendance data to improve instruction. I launched an after-school tutoring program that increased student engagement by 35%, and I'm seeking to apply my education and evaluation experience to improve AI-powered educational tools.
