What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Java-focused backend role in an agile team where I can build microservices and APIs, keep improving quality, and continuously learn new technologies—while contributing independently and supporting/mentoring a team.

I’m a performance-driven, forward-thinking Senior Java Software Engineer who cares about application quality and the business model behind the software I build. In my current role at XM Brinel, I work on a trading platform (Forex & Stocks), developing scheduled digitization jobs and REST APIs that expose customer, trading-account, and user-data components—mainly backend microservices, with some front-end stories.

Previously, at HTEC Group / Deloitte Technology Romania, I delivered a development tool and contributed to a public-sector platform for the Brussels Taxes Institution (citizens declaring and paying taxes). I also managed a small team of developers—defining and refining features from business requirements, splitting stories, assigning work, and mentoring colleagues—using a modern Java stack centered on Spring, MongoDB, and testing with JUnit/Mockito/WireMock.
