I’m a dedicated professional with experience in office administration, customer service, and security operations. In my reception and document control work, I managed day-to-day document control and filing systems while ensuring incoming calls and emails were handled promptly and directed to the right staff.

I bring strong communication—both verbal and written—and I’m confident preparing quotations, inquiries, and correspondence. I also monitored and managed stationery supplies and operated office equipment like photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines to keep workflows running smoothly.

After that, I expanded my capabilities in security operations as a Security Guard / CCTV Operator, monitoring premises through CCTV, responding to incidents, and reporting security concerns quickly. I enjoy handling challenging situations with calmness and professionalism, and I’m currently seeking a customer-facing role with greater responsibility where I can contribute effectively and keep growing.
