What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can apply product analysis and backlog execution to improve SaaS delivery, preferably in regulated P&C environments, with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities for impact.

I am a Program Coordinator with over seven years supporting regulated Property & Casualty SaaS platforms, focused on translating business needs into delivery-ready user stories, acceptance criteria, and healthy backlogs. I partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Architecture, Compliance, and Operations to bring structure to ambiguous problems and improve delivery quality.

I have led remediation and corrective solutions workflows, supported Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and large-scale migrations, and performed functional validation and UAT to ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs. I maintain product and release documentation, design intake and prioritization processes, and drive cross-functional alignment to improve system reliability and operational outcomes.
