What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can lead teams, improve scheduling and fleet workflows, solve real-time issues, and continue growing in logistics, dispatch, training, and operational management.

At UGL Dispatch Services, I led fuel operations for 80+ trucks across U.S. routes and supervised broker updates for heavy-load shipments. I planned fuel trips, tracked truck status, coordinated with warehouses and facilities, and resolved operational issues to reduce delays and support reliable service.

I also trained 30+ employees on systems and workflows, worked with trucking companies, yards, maintenance shops, and fleet operators, and built practical knowledge of truck diagnostics, PTI, route planning, Pilot Flying J, TollGuru, Excel, Gmail, and RingCentral. Alongside operations work, I run an online art business creating custom laser-cut, plexiglass, and wood pieces while managing marketing and client communication.
