I deliver full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for banking and fintech roles at Enlist Resources in Bahrain, coordinating sourcing, offers, employment documentation, immigration formalities, and mobility logistics.

Previously at Juniper Networks, I managed end-to-end remote hiring across global time zones for technology and corporate roles. I onboarded 50+ candidates per quarter and strengthened hiring workflows, talent pipelines, employer branding, vendor performance tracking, and HRIS documentation.

My recruitment foundation includes full-cycle hiring at Yodlee Infotech and high-volume staffing at a2HR Consultants, including campus drives, technical assessments, background verification, and one-day hiring events for junior technical roles.

I bring an MBA in Human Resources, working knowledge of Bahrain employment administration and labour law, and a strong focus on confidential, compliant, candidate-centred HR operations. I'm currently pursuing SHRM-CP certification to deepen my HR generalist capability.
