Senior role which suits to my profile

At V3S- Infotech-Qatar, I lead IT outsourcing, managed services operations, HR functions, and recruitment delivery across enterprise accounts in Qatar. I oversee workforce planning, service delivery, SLA monitoring, and client engagement.

I implemented Zoho HR to streamline HR operations, employee data management, leave administration, reporting, and workflow automation. I also manage employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, visa processing, and employee relations.

At GulfBusiness Machines (GBM) Qatar, I led IT recruitment and talent acquisition for enterprise technology and managed services projects. I supported HR digital transformation using SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS, SharePoint, and HR automation tools.
