I perform quality audits to support client compliance and data accuracy, and act as the link between field teams and headquarters to keep communication moving smoothly.

Previously at Mausam Pharma Enterprise, I managed recruitment, employee records, contracts, onboarding, grievance resolution, and full and final settlements.
