I’m an HR-focused professional with experience handling HR process queries, supporting employee communication from HRSS, and assisting new employees to connect with their respective departments regarding queries. I also manage employee escalations and work toward resolution.

Before my HR Executive role, I worked as an IT recruiter where I managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle for permanent roles from mid to senior levels. I handled recruitment, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow up across PAN India, using diversified sources including job portals, head hunting, and referrals.

I bring an adaptive, people-first approach with strong interpersonal and coordination skills, plus a commitment to excellence. I’ve been recognized with a “Wipro Shining Star” award for Q4 (FY 2023–2024), and my background in MBA (HR- Marketing) supports my interest in Human Resource Operations and Generalist roles.
