At Ciena, I authored user guides, admin manuals, release notes, and REST API references for Blue Planet Inventory. I also piloted screenshot automation to reduce manual documentation effort and improve consistency across releases.
At Infor, I designed and authored the Infor PLM user guide from scratch, including its information architecture and content design. I also contributed to API documentation for the SaaS PLM project.
At Tata Technologies, I created workshop manuals, user manuals, SOPs, and structured service information for Tata Motors PVBU, CVBU, and Utility Vehicle programs. I used CAD and PLM data, validated engineering BOMs, and created exploded-view illustrations with CATIA and Creo.
Across my documentation work, I’ve delivered user, admin, deployment, and service guides, as well as release notes and API references. At OTC (Avaya India), I led documentation for Avaya Meetings Management and CU360 hardware and managed localization and vendor rebranding across 8 languages.
