I’m looking for a role where I can lead security policy implementation (Azure AD/OPA), resolve high-severity integration issues, and translate customer feedback into measurable product and operational improvements—working closely with engineering to drive innovation.

I’m a dynamic Consultant with 7+ years of experience delivering innovative technical solutions while keeping clients focused on security and outcomes. My work centers on user-centric security policies, advanced troubleshooting, and data-driven improvements that streamline operations.

In my current role, I serve as a senior technical advisor emphasizing effective security policy implementation and adherence to technical specifications. I diagnose and resolve intricate firewall integration issues using Azure AD and Windows Defender, including managing complex, high-impact scenarios.

I also drive operational improvements by systematically gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product enhancements. I’ve instituted user-centric security policies using Open Policy Agent (OPA), ensuring compliance with customer authorization rules and strengthening trust with stakeholders.
