At ServCrust, I handle business operations across Sales Operations, Core Operations, Finance Analytics, and Business Intelligence. I design Power BI dashboards and automated MIS reports, and develop DAX measures for operational and financial performance.
I also analyze reconciliations to identify revenue leakage, payout delays, bottlenecks, and quality deviations. I work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and WFM stakeholders to turn business requirements into dashboards and decision-support reports.
At KFin Technologies PVT LTD., I managed staff and capacity planning with the Work Force Management team and supported learning in Excel, Access, and Power BI. I worked on operational deliverables, reporting, process improvement, and transformation and implementation activities.
Across my projects, I created tools including ATOM for work allocation and reporting, a Stack Rank performance tool, and a Quality Management System. I’ve also used Power BI to replace conventional Excel reporting and help teams monitor performance.
