I seek a hands-on AWS/cloud role building scalable, serverless contact-center and automation solutions with architecture ownership, CI/CD improvements, and collaborative Agile teams.

I am a cloud and AWS-focused developer with around seven years of experience designing and delivering contact-center, serverless, and integration solutions.

I have designed and implemented Amazon Connect contact flows and Amazon Lex chatbots, built serverless APIs with AWS Lambda and API Gateway, and provisioned infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK across multi-account environments. I developed microservices using Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python FastAPI, and automated CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab to improve deployment reliability and speed.
