What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a structured, process-driven role where I can support accurate operations, coordinate across teams, strengthen my technical skills, and contribute through documentation, reporting, and timely service delivery.

I'm building experience in backend operations and service support at WNS Global Services, handling client-specific tasks in a dynamic, process-driven environment.

I coordinate with cross-functional teams to support timely, accurate service deliverables. My work emphasizes documentation, reporting, quality processes, task monitoring, and clear communication.

I hold a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and have designed projects including a wind-based power generation system and an AC-to-DC EV fast-charging station.

My technical foundation includes Python, Core Java, object-oriented programming, MS Office, and MS Excel. I also bring multilingual communication skills, bilingual coordination experience, and practical exposure to substation equipment and SCADA systems at Vizag Steel Plant.
