I plan and execute Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace migrations, supporting the transfer of email, calendars, contacts, and business data through cutover and post-migration support.

I troubleshoot cloud, email, identity, and SaaS issues, and coordinate with Microsoft, Google, and Zoho support teams on complex escalations. My work also includes customer onboarding, subscription renewals, and license administration.

Earlier, I developed and maintained enterprise web and Windows applications at Delfoi Tanoti Technologies, including PLM customization projects. I also taught Informatics Practices and Computer Science at Amrita Vidyalayam.
