Across BOTG Solutions, Vaco, ApTask, Infojini, and Ampcus Tech, I've delivered talent for IT, automotive, healthcare, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial, federal, nonprofit, and commercial clients. I've recruited across W2, C2C, CTH, and full-time models while managing client relationships, vendor processes, SLAs, and candidate negotiations.

I use Boolean and X-Ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and VMS tools to identify and engage active and passive candidates. I also train recruiters on sourcing strategy, client expectations, performance metrics, and quality submissions.
