In my current Deputy Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition roles, I partner with account teams and third-party vendors to deliver qualified technical and functional candidates on time. I manage vendor performance and self-source across LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.

I've supported clients including DXC Technology, Perspecta, HCL, Marriott International, Citi Bank, Bank of New York Mellon, Google, Facebook, Boeing, Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, and Intel. I also led a team of four recruiters and work confidently across W2, C2C, 1099, FTE, and Contract-to-Hire models.
